Here are some of the most common questions I get about working together.

  • I am located in Warren, NJ but provide telehealth for all of New Jersey, New York, and Florida

  • I offer a limited number of in-person sessions in my Warren office location.

  • Virtual care makes therapy convenient and accessible. I use a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform for all sessions that you can access on your phone, table, computer or other device easily and without logging in. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space.

  • The length of your therapy varies based on a lot of factors. There is no minimum or maximum amount of time you need to be in therapy. This can be discussed further in your first session after assessing your needs and developing your treatment plan.

  • I am in network with the following health insurance plans by state:

    New Jersey - Aetna

    New York - Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, UMR, Oxford

    Florida - Aetna

  • Initial intake evaluation = $280

    55 minute therapy session = $230

  • I would be considered an out of network provider. Check to see if you have out of network benefits through your insurance plan - if you do, you can be reimbursed for a portion of the session fee. I will provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for that reimbursement. Insurance can be confusing, so I also offer to submit to your insurance on your behalf if you’d like help with navigating the insurance reimbursement process.

    You can also use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account (HSA/FSA) to pay for sessions, as I accept these forms of payment.
